The cooperation and academic exchange convention between the Laboratory of NULIIT and the Shanghai Yijia Logistics company of Jiali Group was held successfully

In May 10th, 2016, The cooperation and academic exchange convention between the Laboratory of NULIIT  and the Shanghai Yijia Logistics company of Jiali Group in the was held in the ninth academic exchange center of Jiuli campus. Leaders and teachers in the Laboratory of NULIIT  who attended the meeting are: Executive Deputy Director of the Laboratory of NULIIT  , school’s Party Committee Deputy Secretary Guofang LI, president of Logistics Research Institute professor Jin ZHANG, director of Department of Logistics Management professor Xueyan ZHANG, and professor of Department of Logistics Engineering Chun FENG. The leaders of visiting company are: chairman of Yijia logistics Yan SHENG, minister of human resources department Huiqin FENG, manager of Chengdu Yijia Logistics Jun LIU, deputy general manager of Jiali Oils & Grains (Sichuan) Company Xianqing ZHENG and chairman secretary of Yijia logistics Wushuang HOU.

At 9 o’clock in the morning, the team lead by Dean Xiaobo LIU held the cooperation forum with the visitors of the Shanghai Yijia Logistics company of Jiali Group in the Yuqiu room of of academic exchange center in Jiuli campus. The meeting was held by Professor Jin ZHANG, who introduced the leaders of both sides firstly and expressed their warm welcome to the arrival of visitors. Subsequently, Dean Liu Xiaobo induced a welcome speech to the visiting team lead by the chairman of Yijia Company Yan SHENG, and carried out in-depth exchanges with the chairman on the logistics field. After that, deputy secretary Guofang LI, Professor Feng Chun, Professor Zhang Xueyan and forum participants of Yihai Logistics discussed issues such as personnel training, personnel exchanges, and the establishment of a scholarship. Finally, Professor Jin ZHANG summed up the discussion, believed that fruitful results of the meeting were affirmed in this forum.

After the forum, Professor Zhang JIN and Chairman Yan SHENG carried out academic exchanges convention at the multifunctional hall of academic exchange center in Jiuli campus at 10 o’clock. The speaker of the exchange meeting whose theme is "The exploration and prospect manufacturing industry logistics" is Yan SHENG, while the host of the convention is Professor Jin ZHANG. Chairman Yan SHENG’s speech contains three parts: the history of Yihai Company, the traditional logistics of manufacturing industry and the FMCG logistics intelligence public platform. All of the teachers and students were concentrating on the inspired speech of Yan SHENG. The sentence “No follow, only innovation” always runs through the chairman’s speech. After the lecture, some teachers and students discussed with the chairman on the relevant topics.

Through the cooperation and academic exchange convention with Yijia Logistics Company, our laboratory not only enhanced the cooperation, but also reached a preliminary consensus in the student cultivation, student exchange and scholarship other matters with Yijia Logistics Company. So far, the cooperation forum and the academic exchange convention ended successfully.
