主讲人简介：
成琪博士于1999年7月在上海交通大学取得电子工程学士学位。从1999年到2000年，她在国信朗讯科技网络技术有限公司任系统工程师。她分别在2003年和2006年在雪城大学取得电子工程硕士和博士学位。成琪博士在2006年加入俄克拉何马大学，目前是电子和计算机系的终身副教授。她发表了70余篇期刊和会议文章。她是IEEE高级会员，和WEPAN 会员。她曾为IEEE通信快报2011-2015年的编辑。成博士在2015年获得了来自美国国家研究委员会的研究会士奖。研究领域主要包括：

Dr. Priyadip Ray received a B.Tech. degree in instrumentation and electronics engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India, and an M.Tech. degree in instrumentation from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India. He received a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY, in 2009. His Ph.D. dissertation received the Syracuse University All-University Doctoral Prize in 2010. Dr. Ray is presently an assistant professor at the G.S. Sanyal School of Telecommunications, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. Prior to this he was a research scientist with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Duke University, Durham, NC. He won the Sergio Servetto Memorial award for best student paper at the IEEE Upstate NY Workshop on Communications, Sensors and Networking in 2007. During 2003–2004, he was a DAAD scholar at the Technical University Berlin, Germany, working on the design of sensor-based life cycle units for distributed diagnostics. Current research interests：
